I did tons of research before finding a trusted doctor that I thought would fit my needs as well as my budget.Dr. Quiroz is a Board Certified, Bi-lingual, Bi-cultural International Surgeon, Licensed in both the United States and Mexico with over 35 years of experience I was impressed with his staff. I booked the surgery and arrived at the airport on Mon. May 1st 2016. The transportation to the Tijuana Cosmed facility was easy. I just had all of my surgeries and I'm staying at the recovery boutique which seems very nice. I can't really say much about the outcome of the surgery yet as I am still very swollen and won't know much for a few days. I will say that I was a bit concerned when Doctor Quiroz stated that no internal stitches would be need to repair the under muscle breast capsule since I'm going from a large 500cc implant to a 300cc implant. He said that since it will be textured & he'll tighten it with a lift, there should be no problem with them moving laterally. Everyone at Cosmed has been extremely kind. I will say that I am surprised that with four surgeries, I was only given 12 supadol (tramadol) to control the pain for 10 days. They requested that I stay this long to ensure healing and this doesn't seen sufficient to cover the pain. I will provide updated feedback and pictures when swelling and bandages are removed.

I'm healing nicely and I'm pleased with my results. My breasts feel so much lighter are more proportionate to my body. There is still some bruising and the scar under my breasts is a bit longer than I anticipated but I'm hoping that it will lighten as I heal. I've been wearing my compression garments and have been wearing silicone scare sheets and applying scar gel daily. The result of the back lipo is nice. The changes to my butt from the bbl are subtle. I am very pleased with my brow lift. The scar is in the scalp so the hair covers it nicely. My cosmetic dermatologist said that she sees tons of women who have had brow lifts and this is one of the best!
