I decided to have a rhinoplasty done because I was unhappy with the way my nose looked. I did tons of research online to find the right surgeon and finally found Dr. Altman and the Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami. After watching his Youtube videos I knew he was the right surgeon for me. Dr. Altman and his staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I am now 3 months and 2 weeks post op and am extremely satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Altman to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery.
