I love dr Altman, I had two breaths surgeries with him and he's amazing, the first pic is before I ever had implants and just finished breast feeding my daughter for 16 months. I had saline implants for about 4 years. The second is when I switched to silicone implants 550 cc and I love them. What more can you ask for.

Love your results! I'm just wondering what made you switch from saline to silicone? What was the difference in your opinion?
