Well it's already been 9 months and I am feeling great. I have never loved myself the way I do now. I love the skin I am in. My breast reduction is scheduled for 10/7/15. My breast are too large for my frame now. I couldn't be any happier with my results.

I haven't updated much since my surgery. So basically the first two days were the hardest for me. I was having discomfort and I can't stand to be stuck laying down and but moving around. By day three, I was feeling much better. I was lucky to have a drainless tummy tuck, so I don't know of the pains that causes, but based on reviews I am glad I didn't have drains. I started rolling myself on my yoga ball on day four. This helped stretching out my tummy. By day five I was off all pain meds and just using advil. I continued to roll myself several times daily on the yoga ball. I am happy to say that I am completely upright with no pain. I can laugh, cough, sneeze and have even started having sex again with no pain. I was back in my own bed at day six. I feel very fortunate that I have had a relativity easy recovery with little swelling. I even stopped wearing the compression garment. But I really do swear by the yoga ball, it works! Tomorrow marks 2 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with my results. It was really worth every cent spent!

You are looking good and sounds like you feel good too! Wooohooo! Sex baby! Haha! I've been a little naughty too but when you look this good, it is hard not to want to try things out. I am so happy for you that you are doing so well. Thank you for the yoga ball tip. I wonder if I should used mine as a chair for a while at my desk to see if it helps.

I really am feeling great. Things are moving along. I go back to work on monday and I feel like I am ready. The yoga ball has really been a game changer. I swear by it. I sit on it and watch TV, I roll on it and stretch. It's definitely worth a try!

Yep use the big yoga ball. After a few days of laying on my back and rolling back and fourth, I was able to lay flat on my back in bed. Thank you. I should post a new update :)

Had my post op today and so far so good. The incision line looks great. No pain, so I decided to just use motrin for swelling and no more percocet. I also got to take a shower today and that was a wonderful feeling. I am standing up straighter. So far so good.
