Thank You Dr. Heck! -Columbus, OH

I'd been thinking for quite some time that I needed, at last, some actual plastic surgery to address the issues on my face that troubled me more and more as got further beyond 50. I figured if someone was actually going to "cut" my face…I was going to go to the best person in the area. And I figured that was probably Dr. Heck. So I sent his office an email from Venice, Italy while on vacation!! His office manager got back to me upon my return, just as I'd requested. And she was very helpful in finding a time, date and location for my appointment that worked best for my schedule.
I want to compliment Dr. Heck on his professionalism and demeanor. He gave me a very honest assessment of HIS opinion of my face – which I value, since he probably sees thousands of women about my age every year. He also (fortunately for me) helped me feel that maybe my problems weren't as bad as I'd imagined. He actually told me that I had an attractive face and he frankly didn't see much need for a major change – just a little minor "touch up". That being said, he of course agreed that I would be a good candidate down the road – just not yet.

Because of Dr. Heck's reputation, the results I have from this first visit, his honesty and candor, his amazing and genuine smile!, and the fact that he didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need (but was fully ready to "sign up" and pay for)….I will go back, and will gladly recommend Dr. Heck to anyone.

In my business, I have a lot of interaction with the public: both one-on-one and large audiences. I am getting ready to shoot a new TV commercial this Friday for a fall advertising campaign. Thanks to Dr. Heck, I feel that I am now able to do that with a lot more confidence about the way I look. No one ever noticed otherwise – but I did! He gave me the subtle difference that was just what I was looking for, with no down time at all.
