...for a little back history, I had my first breast augmentation in 2003...I was a tiny B at the time, and I basically went in with photos of "wish breasts," and I left with about 275cc. They seemed okay for a while, but like most women, I wished I would have gone bigger...I think the majority of women are telling their ps, as they being wheeled off, "Don't make me look like a [RS bleep] star...." but, then, most wish they would have gone bigger. So, I had a revision in about 2009. They were 450/470cc. I loved them....then...three years later, I had a baby...they got gigantic....and, I breastfed for about 8 months...and then they were not so amazing. I missed the fullness and height of the implants. I visited Dr. Naman for a consult, based on the recommendation of a friend, and I knew immediately after meeting him and his staff that I would have my revision with him. He is very personable, kind, sincere, knowledgable, and I felt he understood exactly what I wanted and the look I was going for...his staff were amazing, and Allison was awesome at helping me decide on the additional ccs. I went with an extra 250cc, so it would make a difference in the look, but I didn't want to look too crazy. When you hear 700cc, it sounds enormous, but, when you're switching out implants, it's not that crazy of a number. Additionally, I was on this site an insane amount of time, looking at different pictures and cases, and in every case 700cc looks different on every person...so, it's just so hard to tell. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome, and I am only a little over a week after surgery! My right breast has always been a little off in shape, and Dr. Naman has really helped round out the right inside part of my breast. I still feel like it will even out a little more...as it has only been about 9 days. The pain level of this revision was basically about a 2 or 3. Just a little uncomfortable to sleep the first night...but, after that, it was smooth sailing. They seemed to drop very quickly, as the skin was already pretty stretched out. I had a great experience with Dr. Naman and his staff, and I would send anyone who is wanting an augmentation, revision, etc, his way!

They look amazing!!! Very happy for you! We're your previous implants moderator profile plus and are your new ones high profile?? Can You share your stats?! Height, weight?? I think your pre boobs look similar to mine only yours have a better shape. I could never pull off 700s but mine are only 350s and I'm thinking I need more like 450s or so. I don't know.... Just trying to figure out how to get that full, round look.... Any additional info about the procedure would be great! Congrats again!

Thanks so much!! I really don't know what my other ones were, but I am pretty sure they were moderate...I did get high profile this time, and they are saline. I am 5'1" and about 112 lbs. I have always wanted that very round shape of implant, too, and I feel like my right breast has always been the problem breast...it doesn't bother me too much, but I wish they both were super round, but they always end up looking more natural. I didn't think I could ever do 700 cc, either, but I knew I needed to go up higher to look full and raised a bit....without having to have a lift....I have a pretty small frame...my band size is 32...but, it really doesn't look or feel obnoxious at all...I was a little worried....but, I didn't want to go too small and then regret it...I feel like, if you don't go up at least 200cc, it won't make as much of an impact....have you found a doctor who has told you what you need to do to get the look you want??

Just checked out your photos....they look awesome in a bra...and bigger than what your cc's are!!! It's so crazy how cc's look different in everyone. I can see the issue with the right breast...I am not sure if mine will kettle and have a rounded look in my right one this time....time will tell...but I know how that is...looks great in a bra, and just want it to look that way without clothes.
