I had small saline anatomical unders 15years ago when I was about 20lbs lighter. I now weigh 132 lbs. I am going in for a revision tomorrow 8/10/16 to get silicone unders, not sure of exact size yet. Probably 550's. I am a 34A or even AA naturally. I want bigger round ones to fit my bigger body..

Surgery went well. No complications. Mild pain, nothing like the primary augmentation 15 years ago.

I ended up with 600cc. Very little pain but I do have a fair amount of bruising esp under my right breast. And thank you very much! I'm super excited!

Hi there! I'm going to have my 23yr old saline 250cc replaced. Did you have a lift and larger gel implants out in? I'm worried that if I don't do the lift the heavier implants will make my breasts sag. I was a A cup and now am a DD. I was 115lbs and now am 130lbs. I would like fuller breasts. My surgeon said if he puts 400cc gel they will lift 1cm. I'm just not sure if 400cc will give the fullness I'm aiming for
Hoping your surgery went well today! Can't wait to hear how you like the silicone versus the saline. Keep us posted on your recovery. I've heard revisions like yours are usually a breeze!
