Just got my second drain out. Starting to feel normal again now that I don't have drains hanging off me. Have to wear my compression binder for 3 more weeks. I'm really missing the gym and no physical activity for another 3 weeks.

Day 15 - 1 Drain Removed
I went to the doctor today and he said everything was healing nicely. He removed 1 of my 2 drains and said he would remove the second one next week.

Thank you. Mostly avoided sugar and processed foods. A lot of lean meats and veggies. Also took Qsymia and used Alli.
