No results & my skin looks like an elephant

Horrible Experience

Wonderful staff or so I thought. They recommended a “Hard” CO2 laser treatment over fillers. They showed me before & after and what I would look like and what would happen. None of it did. The only thing Dr Swann said was you’re going to need fillers and that place on your chin looks like cancer and you need to cut it out…no results & my skin looks like an elephant! No new skin no peeling, no nothing but not one phone call checking on me even after emails. They are salespeople and dropping a cancer bomb on someone you’ve dopey up on Valium isn’t professional in the slightest. Common sense says you’d remove that before having a cosmetic procedure. Clearly money is king not health or a good medical practice.

She's sounds like she went through what I did... she's right I had two different laser treatments the first time it turned out excellent the second time she took the words right out of my mouth. Wasted money, yes I was p***ed the doctors name was Rich Castellano, MD. Plus he says he wants his patients to be happy if not come back for $$$$$$$$ more.

Would certainly be nice to see your record of before and afters If you are implying that the original poster has misrepresented the results of procedures you performed.

What setting did he use? I went in for my first CO2 session and the lowest setting was used. I was barely red and had no downtime, no pain afterwards and you couldn't even tell a laser was used on my face. I went back and expressed my concern (they wanted more money and I refused!!) and had a second done on the HIGHEST setting. Success finally although I will be doing another session this year

I'm sorry you didn't feel like you do. I still think you are 1/3 of the way through a process that takes time. As I mentioned to you in follow-up, CO2 laser isn't a peel, but vaporizes the skin. There is char afterwards, but I wiped the char and did a second pass. We did talk to you multiple times this week, but I understand it can be confusing.
I mentioned a spot to monitor and said that I didn't think it was a skin cancer, but I still recommended monitoring. I'm sorry if you think that means I dropped a skin cancer bomb on you. You are just over a week from CO2 and the gameplan was to do fractionated CO2, then filler for vertical lip lines and botox for the chin. I still think that is a reasonable plan.
The photos in this review do not represent the before and afters we have from your treatment and I'm happy to post them. Overall, I'm genuinely sorry that you didn't have a better experience as I take that very seriously. I do think in this instance blame could be shared and hope you have a better experience in the future.
Sincerely,
Dr. Swann
