How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Before Photo
Before photo - November 2019: my chin pointed towards the left and was a bit wider and longer than I would like. It also pointed straight down when I smiled making my asymmetrical chin more noticeable. I always did my best to hide it with my hair or smiling lopsided on purpose. I was so insecure about it. The asymmetry bothered me so much because you could notice it more in photos than in person so I would literally refuse to take photos or make excuses as to why I didn’t post pictures of myself. I haven’t posted photos of myself in almost 2 years because I just hated the way I looked in them. I was okay with going out in person but photos were a hard no!
Day 2 of Recovery Photos
This is day 2 post operation. I am the most swollen here and from there on out my swelling only decreased. The hardest part was honestly just having to do a liquid diet. I love to eat so this was hard for me!
