Amazing
I went to see Hagen for a consultation on some skin removal on my chin where i had previously had a chin reduction and the skin left left me very down and conscious. He was very kind and explained everything fully so we agreed on surgery which i was so happy about. On the day of the surgery he was very kind and reassuring i can't thank him enough for his kindness and understanding and the nurses who are outstanding.
