I had 410cc mod profile saline before. I was wearing a 34dd. Im 700cc high profile now and was measured at 34ddd. What is your height and weight?

I'll be honest with you, if you think like me (bigger is better) and are going to put out the $ and go through the recovery etc I think you wont really see a difference in size. I think you'll see more fullness, perkiness! Just my opinion, I would go up at least 100cc, seriously. It doesn't sound like you're worried about being too big and the feeling of not getting what you want, sucks!

No! I know years down the line I will but I went over the muscle like my first augmentation. I like the high fake round look. The look most docs are against, lol!

Thank you. My doc did a great job but unfortunately I had some problems soooo, after 4 long months I'm finally getting both redone rather than just my left put back in. We're going a little smaller but gonna change to ultra high profile. I prefer lots of upper pole fullness. Thats why I prefer over the muscle...... In addition to other reasons. I'll be having surgery in just under 2 weeks. I have a great feeling about this surgery! !!!! Please keep me in your prayers! I'll be sure to post new pics.

Hello rdinca, I had a question. ...you said you have had them for quite some time now. How bad do they sag, are you going to have a revision? I was thinking the same thing that you suggested....waiting until I need a revision and going bigger. Do you have any pics to share?

They actually don't sag at all and never capsular contracted after 13 yrs. but I'm under the muscle and obsessed with wearing bras,I love Wachoal :). I did not want them under my muscle but my now delicensed(no I didn't sue him) doctor Jacobs thought he'd take it upon himself to do such when I was above the muscle my prior breast augments. I looked very similar to what you have right now when above the muscle(more projection and sat much higher on breastbone) which I personally LOVE this look! You truly have MY ideal look hon. But I used to be a body model and all the photogs say the last doctor who did them under the muscle made them exceptional. I didn't think so and the perk is after 13 years I'm not dropping at all but I TRULY hate hate hate my implants under my dang muscle!!!!! I work out alot and constantly feel the implant slide under my armpit anytime I flex. I also remodel houses and with each physical thing I do ,such as lifting it's been nothing but pain since he felt HE wanted to NOT follow my orders to remain ABOVE my muscle. I'm just in constant pain even lifting my baby neice or cleaning house since. :( I think also it's the sheer size put under the muscle as I'm slim with low body fat it ripped up even my back muscles attached to shoulder muscles to do so. There are two doctors specializing in Extra large Implants on here reviewed often. If later you wish to revise they are worth a look. Dr. Pousti and Dr Revis. Dr Pousti seems consistent for great reviews but many are mixed with Dr Revis. I do know PERSONALLY a girl in ft. lauderdale who models in Fetish,lingerie events who used Dr Revis and it looks terrific and she had many bad breast augments prior(even gangrene w/other physicians not Revis) It really looks great. But I personally never used either doctor. Only reason I didn't go back to my original breast doctor was he had retired so I tried Jacobs in NYC. Big mistake. I didn't post a breast augment review because I have no doctor to rate. One is retired(Jack Frost) and one is Delicensed (Jacobs),sorry.

Question. ...both of my sets have been over the muscle, I prefer the fake look so many of these docs on here frown upon. I get it and they are the professionals! However, does this doc try to convince his patients to go under?

Yes from what I remember that's his preference. He'll advise you based on your anatomy. Im sure I he felt he could safely provide overs for you he'd probably do it!

Ya know, before this last surgery when I told the doc I wanted to redo both for a couple of reasons, one of which was that I legit have ocd and the thought of having one boob that was 6 mths old and then a brand new one was driving me nuts, couldn't have that. The other was to go smaller cause I started thinking I didn't like at least the one I had that big and then of course the fear of my incision not being able to hold that big ass implant again after the tissues had weakened. I couldn't take the chance and hope for the best then have to go smaller a month later. I was weighing everything out and listen to my gut. So I want to say thank you because I think once they've evened out I am gonna be super happy with my decision. They are big, lol....I'm just going through the boob greed thing and looking at old pics. I never had a chance to enjoy them or get tired of them, ya know!! But again thank you for your comment. ...I so appreciate it ;)) ♡♡♡
