It's been 22 days there still a bump under my bellybutton I'm getting impatient and think it's fat that needs to be removed...Im still wearing my compression garment and taking arnica pills...I will call my dr this week coming up for touch up.

I have that too after smart Lipo. It's been 6 months since my procedure and I still have it as if it was fat that was missed. What did you find out about that?

So I didn't mention that the pic i uploaded (the before picture) is me pushing my stomach out! i wanted to show how much it pushes out. I didn't take a regular stand without pushing my tummy out before picture.....whoops lol Anyway I'm gonna take pics today for my current day 13 post op. :)

Bread is not bad. Just [RS bleep] bread and eating it late at night. I hate how ppl say a certain food is bad. Portion control and moderation is key. Maintaining a healthy weight requires it! Not a diet!
