Although Dr. Khalifeh lists free consultaton on both his website and on RealSelf, it does not apply to long distance phone or Skype consults. Instead there is a $100 fee applied to the procedure for phone consultations. Just a head's up to the out-of-towners out there.

A virtual consultation, as a preliminary meeting and consult should be welcomed by busy doctors.
