Breast Reduction 34H to 34C/D - Chesterfield, MO

Today I saw Dr. Prada for my two week follow up. He took the tapes off , everything looked good except for a couple of scabs which are part of healing process. I still can't believe I had this done , I keep checking myself in the mirror as a reassurance I guess. My clothes fit much better, actually much looser ???? an incentive to go shopping for new clothes , and the bras , oh those bras , fit sooo great. I am looking at tops and dress styles that I wasn't even considering before. My back and neck feel so relieved . I am really happy with the shape of the new breasts and I know that they will settle and get a prettier shape in a few months. I am still a bit tender and get the occasional zinger but other than that feeling great. I am so happy I chose Dr. Prada as he made this decision one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

I have wanted to have a breast reduction for a very long but I never dared because I was scared of the surgery but after researching and reading about other women's experience I decided to do it. I researched a lot of plastic surgeons, the before and after pics , reviews, pricing and the one name that kept coming up was Christian Prada. I set up the consultation appt and I was sold. What impressed me the most with him is that he really wants what is best for the patient. He considers the patients' requests and also gives his professional opinion so that the patient will be really satisfied with the outcome.
I was Really surprised how short the downtime was. He used drains so that I wouldn't have built up fluids and minimize swelling . The drains came out 3 days later. Honestly, the drains were the only thing that bothered me the most. I was up and walking the day after . I stopped taking the pain meds the night before removing the drains , two days after surgery. I have been wearing the surgical and stopped using gauges/pads after 1 week. Today I had my first post op with Dr. Prada and he said everything looked great. I really loved how he changed the shape of my breasts , he didn't just cut the bottom portion out he actually reshaped the whole breast so they won't look boxy . The technique he used will help in maintaining the breasts perky in the future. I am really happy I decided to do this, trust me he is the best surgeon out there. His office staff is great too. I feel liberated now !
