Explanting tomorrow

Having my saline implants removed tomorrow. I scheduled this surgery back in June, so I have had plenty of time to prepare. I am really looking forward to being on the other side of this. I hope that I do not have to have drains as it seems that most woman say the drains are more painful than anything. I am really thankful that I could read all the posts from all the other people who have gone before me to have this done. It really helps to read about other people's experiences as it gives insight as to what to expect! Tomorrow at this time I will finally be free! I know when I had these put in I must have been excited. However, I think if I had really known what I was getting into, I probably would have never had them put in. It seems silly that I paid all this money to have them put in, and now paying more money to have them taken out! Lesson learned!

I am having saline implants removed in less than 2...

I am having saline implants removed in less than 2 weeks. I seem to have more concern about the general anesthesia than I do the procedure! I am super excited to get these taken out and to have my own body back again. I am a little concerned as I have horses here on my property and I live alone. I have someone hired to help take care of my horses, but I am not sure how much down time I will need. The surgeon says I will have to have drains in for approximately 5-7 days depending on how things heal. I am so excited to have these taken out and yet feel a bit anxious about everything! I would love to hear more from other woman regarding their experience with general anesthesia, recovery time from explant, how long did you have to have the drains and what helps with recovery! Thanks!
