I had saline implants put in when I was 25. After 15 years and 2 kids later I had experienced a full size decrease from breastfeeding, pocket issues, and a lot of rippling. I decided on silicone implants and a breast pocket revision. I'm so glad I did, I never realized how uncomfortable the saline implants were until I had them removed and silicone put in. They feel and look very natural, I finally have cleavage, and no more rippling! So happy with my new breasts!!!
