Seamless Experience Start to Finish!

I started my search for a surgeon 16 months before consulting with Dr. Prada. I had traditional saline implants placed in 2003 and it was time for a new set! I am one of the few people that still wanted saline vs silicone implants for unsupported personal reasons. I was surprised to learn at my first visit that Dr. Prada actually had the Ideal saline implant I was interested in. Dr. Prada took a lot of time to review my options, clearly emphasized his professional opinion and preferences, but never minimized the importance of what my expectations were. On 9/27/18 we removed and replaced my saline implants with the Ideal saline implant. Dr. Prada did exactly what I asked and, YES I wish I would have consented to some of his repeated recommendations including; going slightly larger (mine are about 300cc), and a minimal unilateral breast lift. I declined the sizing up because I am small and was not interested in a change in my overall appearance in clothes. They size he chose is actually perfect, if I would have let him fill the implants with a slight increase in saline volume, the palpable rippling would be less to nothing. Make no mistake, the implants look amazing and no one would notice except for me or an experienced surgeon, and there is absolutely no visible rippling! I declined the lift for fear of scars and disrupting mammogramable tissue with my strong family history of breast cancer. Imaging techniques have come a long way so again, a personal fear I needed to be comfortable with. Needless to say, I may elect to return to the operating room for a lift in the near future if he still feels like I am a candidate.
