Stretched Too Thin
I’ve gone to Dr Devgan for years and then took a 2 year hiatus and recently went back. While her office has grown, her staff to support her has not. She’s clearly over-stretched as I waited 2.5 hours in a waiting room (with 0 check-ins from her staff). Once Dr Devgan came in she was frazzled (used to be very personable) and went into a robotic list of everything wrong with my face and recommended close to $12k worth of filler. While her experience is less likely to cause bruising — it doesn’t outweigh the high cost ($2k for a kybella vial vs $1k elsewhere) and lack of personalization. I also found this round that the results were lackluster and when expressing my disappointment, her staff couldn’t care less. Should’ve listened to the reviews and invested the money elsewhere.
