Week 7 update

WORTH IT$7,500
Well I am a few days from 7 weeks post op. I am going to say I am pleased with the outcome. I do wish I would have not went with ideal saline vs the mentor gel. They are set a little lower than I expected so I don't have a lot of fullness up top. With that being said they look very natural! My ps is pleased also however knows I'm not 100% happy yet. I am a work in progress. I just hope they don't drop anymore and all will be good for a few months until
I can go in for an implant exchange and scar revision. I think I will go up a half size or so also. I feel as if they are much smaller than pre surgery. Opinions?

I'm not sure there are words to explain the appreciation I have for Dr. Gear, he was so patient with me. I had major issues with trust and tons of fear of the surgery in general. He helped ease my mind and kept me very calm. His wife was a huge help early in the process with getting my surgery scheduled, his nurse Bonnie is awesome also. The CRNA that was on my case for the day was so sweet and told me everything she was doing before going to sleep and as I was waking up. Dr Gear has text me every few days to check on things and is always there to answer even the smallest question I may have. Although he told me "stop being a drama queen" lol. I have worried over every little thing as I've been recovering for almost two weeks. He is a private small practice and honestly until realself I had never heard of him. I would recommend anyone who wants to have a personal warm welcome feeling to go see him. Great surgeon!

Girl, they look great!!! I a so happy for you. I know you want to go bigger and that is your decision alone to make, but I think they are perfect for your frame. If you go too big, you just look top heavy. I kind of regret going 700 sometimes. If I don't wear the right things, I just look boxy and matronly. You have a beautiful figure and I think the size you are right now is perfection. I am so happy for you after all you had to put up with in the last surgery.

5 week post op

So tomorrow is five weeks. I am going to post a few pics later today. My results have varied a little since the post a few weeks ago. I did have some swelling and they appeared larger than they are now. They have settled and the swelling is gone. They are a little heavy and one side is a little firmer than the other. Still have a tight soreness but other than that I am recovered! I definitely wish now I would have went with gel as my gut told me to. The weight of the ideal is heavy and not as soft as I had hoped. I'm sure they will continue to soften as time passes. Pictures coming soon!
