My breasts were significantly uneven (about a 2 cup discrepancy) and it caused daily problems with bras, shirts, and dresses and constant insecurity! I chose Dr. Kalus after much research of surgeons around the country and no one's before and afters looked as natural and even as his. Dr. Kalus suggested a one-sided breast reduction which is what we did. He did a great job matching the breasts and I am very happy with the outcome! The recovery process was rather quick and the scarring is minimal. I now never have to worry about uncomfortable bras and I couldn't be happier with my decision to get the surgery and choose Dr. Kalus.
