I had had a rhinoplasty performed in 1978. However, too much cartilage had been removed and 20 years later, my nose looked deformed. I went to see Dr. Finn who explained that procedures done in the 70s often led to what had happened to my nose. Dr. Finn was confident that he could correct what had been done. Well, needless to say, Dr. Finn did an amazing revision. I couldn't be happier. My nose looks normal now and one thousand times better than before. Dr. Finn is truly an artist who takes care to explain what he can do and then does it. If and when I decide on additional cosmetic surgery, Dr. Finn is the only plastic surgeon that I will consult.
