I had zero problems with recovery. I was back in the gym for lower body weight lifting (with 50lb restriction) by 1 week PO. By 2 weeks PO, I could train upper body with same weight restrict. 1 month PO I was released with no restrictions. Best decision I have ever made for my body besides getting fit. I absolutely love the fullness. They are super soft and feel like boobs! Yaaaa!

Wow you went up 4 cup sizes with 280cc? I've seen so many photos that make it seem like that only goes up to a low B or high C! I mean they look really beautiful on you nonetheless!!! Hmm.... Thanks for wishing me luck! I need to just have trust this will be good for me...

I was honestly shocked myself. Dr wouldn't go any larger on me and so I had my mind made up that I would end up a C and be happy about it. Imagine my surprise to find out that I am right in the middle of 30DDD and 32DD. 30 band is hard to find here, so they recommended 32DD. This is VS sizing and I have heard they are slightly generous. But still...AA to DD and I'm ridiculously happy about it

I wrote a big long message and it somehow deleted itself! 1 week out and feeling great. I finally feel like they are mine. For a few days, they felt so foreign! I never had any pain, just tightness and some soreness in the sternum area. I went back to work Monday at 5 D po. I am a nurse in an eye surgery center, so my days are fast paced and hectic. No problems with returning. I am still sleeping in a recliner, only because it is the most comfortable. My husband was the best nurse ever and for 4 days, I didn't want or need for anything. Blessed. Good luck ladies! Don't let the horror stories scare you, I had absolutely no problems with my BA and even received the clear to get back to the gym for light excersize.
