Hello! I've always been small chested but it never seemed to bother me. I always wore very padded bras to give the appearance of a chest and joked to friends about my eventual boob job. Then life happened! Marriage and babies and after breastfeeding both boys for the first year of there life, I went from a small B to an A. I was also overweight and uncomfortable with myself. I changed my lifestyle and have lost 50 lbs. I feel great but my already flat chest went even smaller and my pecs were suddenly bigger than my breast. I am about an 32AA now but I don't even fill that out, so who knows. I have come to love fitness in the past year and lift heavy and run hard most days. I am beyond exited to feel sexy again but also nervous that my BA won't live up to my expectations. Posting because I've become slightly obsessed with this site and notice that not too many women opt for the smaller implant sizes like myself. So I'm mainly sharing for them.

Thank you! Sx is at 130 tomorrow. I am ridiculously nervous and can't seem to sit still tonight. Making sure the house is clean and boys have everything ready for the rest of the week. My husband is awesome and I know he can handle it all....I just can't seem to chill. I'm stuck at 50/50. Worried that they won't be big enough and also worried that they will be too big and get in my way. Also bummed about being out of the gym for weeks. It'll be worth it! I'll post update tomorrow evening. Good luck to you!

Ahhh im jumping the gun! Was thinking 9th today !! I'm pretty much organised too, I'll be in & out on Thursday . I'm dreading them being square & high or will make me look a bit buxom. Normal feelings probably. Lots of luck though, can't wait to see the results x

I'm so glad you've posted, I'll be following for sure! I'm also more than slightly obsessed - it's such a great site to watch people fulfilling their dreams, with way more advice/tips/tricks that I could read elsewhere.
At one-week post op, I feel great but there are totally moments when I feel big or small. I will say, however, that sizers feel so large, and when you actually see them in your body, they look way more real and normal. I've always preferred looking small (just not non-existent), and think you will love the change. I thought I'd go with 210-235cc, and ended up with 275cc and love it. Thanks for sharing!

1 week po! 280cc

I wrote a big long message and it somehow deleted itself! 1 week out and feeling great. I finally feel like they are mine. For a few days, they felt so foreign! I never had any pain, just tightness and some soreness in the sternum area. I went back to work Monday at 5 D po. I am a nurse in an eye surgery center, so my days are fast paced and hectic. No problems with returning. I am still sleeping in a recliner, only because it is the most comfortable. My husband was the best nurse ever and for 4 days, I didn't want or need for anything. Blessed. Good luck ladies! Don't let the horror stories scare you, I had absolutely no problems with my BA and even received the clear to get back to the gym for light excersize.
Here is a forum for members getting smaller than average implants. Thought you might want to join in. Also, the December 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum is another great place to ask questions. Good luck and update us often!
