450/480 Cc Saline HP Submuscular Implants Replaced with 695cc Silicone HP - Canada, CA

5 months post op. Feeling a bit disappointed but wondering if I really had realistic expectations. Flex deformity is still a bit present when I'm in a push up position my boob gets super pointy maybe I should have stuck with overs? Nipple still stretched after 2 donut mastopexy and ripples are still present in chest area where flex deformity was repaired also I have new stretch marks and bigger scars in inframmamary fold but they aren't that bad except that they are still red so I can't wear low cut dresses. Don't really know if more surgery is worth it, but still contacted a Ps near my house to have his honest opinion. in general, my breasts are better than they were. The question is should I be happy with what I have or should I seek better? I know they will never be perfect but can they be better?

I'm about 2 months and a half I'm feeling sad... I had bad flex deformity and he repaired it but it didn't work. It's almost worst I have 3 big ripples in the cleavage not when I flex but whenever my skin moves. I'm seeing my p.s. On Monday but in pretty sure there is nothing more to do... Don't want to get any more surgery. It has cost me over 13,00$ for both operations so I am feeling really bummed out. I think I'll never have the boobs I really want and will have to accept things as they are :(

Doing really good. I'm about 2 months post op already! Nipple are finally becoming more symmetrical yay! But I had spitting sutures that left little holes in nipples. Have been putting on Polysporin triple antibiotic everyday the past week and this week I have been putting it every 2 days... I have gone 3 days without massage, I'm scared my pocket will end up too big and my boobs will sag.. Ill keep massaging them about 5 mins every day and stop being lazy about that. I don't want to end up with CC. Although I am happy with my results they do feel heavy at times... I can't imagine going running without 4 bras lolllll...
