Morning ladies! Im still in love with my results from Ortega but this time around I’m going with Dr. Baptista for a round 2 of surgery! Im only getting lipo of my stomach back sides and arms for a different shape. It sounds weird but I love the way she shapes her girls! Im scheduled April 30th so I’m going back to Cali and staying at Lluxe Recovery again

In these pics you can see the fat in my stomach before and directly 1 day post op! Now this is important because it shows my skin and the discoloration of my stomach after surgery! Ortega took out 7 liters of fat just from stomach, back, sides and arms. That’s a lotttttt! So when it was all taken out I had lose skin. Not enough for a tummy tuck but lose skin hanging. That was something I didn’t see when I planned this. You can see the skin hanging from the side because it almost looks like a mini fat roll on the side but it’s not. That’s my skin folding over and that’s why the skin is dark it hasn’t reattached back to me yet! At first I was disappointed like whatttt! Then I realized Ortega warned me that after surgery those 2 a day massages were necessary if I wanted a flat stomach to reattach the skin and now a week later I don’t have that folding skin! It’s starting to reattach and go back to my original skin color! It feels weird touching skin not attached to your body but get those massages and stay compressed in your garment! You will see your body mold and shape in front of you. So no I did not get up straight from surgery looking like Lira but I eventually got what I wanted because my body isn’t Lira Galore! I had to actually do a little work after surgery to get that small waist! My butt ended up being more of a bubble but but it to wasn’t what I expected when I got up! I got the ass and hips but it took my fat about a week to settle and then BAM I started to fluff! Fluffing is when the fat settles and it takes shape! Like my ass fluffed so much in 6 days I had to buy another faja because no one could even hook me into it! So I know my review is a little more different then what a lot of you expected but I’m glad it happened this way! I came to Colombia with expectations and wish pics but Ortega gave me exactly what my body needs and I got my wish pics just not instantly! Only you know your body and you know what type of fat you have! I got the body I wanted but it took about a week for it to show! Don’t freak out and trust the process. We see these girls pics 6 months post op when they are fully healed. I got the body I wanted but it took a week post op to see my skin finally reattach and my waist shrink! It took a week for my butt to fluff and take form! Basically no matter who your surgeon is please wait to see the results! Do not expect to just wake up and bam you’re done. It takes some work afterwards but trust the process!!!!!

Im finally a week plus postop and I feel a million times better. I followed instructions about getting massages for my stomach especially because I had lose skin from where he took the fat out of my stomach and you can tell the difference! There’s still some skin hanging but majority of it has already started sticking back to me again! I get 2 massages a day which Ortega recommended and I’m so glad I did! Massages were the worst for me! Like seriously I cried during 2 of them because you are so sensitive and your skin feels so raw afterwards but trust me listen to the massage therapist and ONLY USE HIS MASSAGE PEOPLE!!!! It will pay off! Sometimes I felt that it was rough the way she dug into my skin to get all that inflammation and fluid out but a week later my skin is sticking back and my stomach is smaller so massage hell was worth it!!! Nowww im experiencing SWELL HELL! Swell hell is after surgery and your body swells up the next 6 - 8 weeks until you are done with the final stages of recovery. The swelling is from when I walk around a lot. I had my final doctors appt with Ortega yesterday and he said that’s normal and that’s good. It shows you’re healing and your body responding to the excercise! I felt so damn bloated but he was right it goes away but the swelling will make you think twice about eating salty foods or anything high in sodium when it’s time to go home because you will feel it! Im going to try to post pictures I only have butt naked pics I took so give me a second to see if I can cut my private parts out of them.
