c2g: no-shave hair transplant

I am thirteen days removed from my C2G hair transplant procedure at Dr. Cole’s office in Alpharetta and I thought I would give an update on my progress.I opted for 2500 grafts with the understanding that Dr. Cole would do additional grafts based on what he thought I needed to do the procedure correctly. In the end, Dr. Cole transplant 3446 grafts from my donor area to the top of my head. I am very pleased with the additional graft number. While the procedure made for a long day it was not painful at all and the staff made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. My healing has progressed just as Dr. Cole laid out and maybe better as I experienced no bruising or swelling around my face or eyes. I think the key is to sleep in an upright position for as long as necessary. My donor area scabbed over, and the tiny scabs fell out by day 6. The scabs on the transplant area began lifting off by day 10 and are completely gone by day 12. Except for the tiny transplant hairs, you cannot tell I had anything done to my hair. The staff is wonderful, Debbie and Emily have answered all my questions before and after the procedure. Cindy, Kim, and Savun worked cheerfully on me for about eleven hours and Lyubov made my experience pain free while skillfully administering the anesthesia. And Dr. Cole would not stop until every detail was up to his standards. I am looking forward to the next phase and I have no doubt that it will be an excellent outcome.I am very pleased with the whole procedure and I only wish I had found Dr. Cole 20 years ago!Mark
