How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Unethical, Ghosted Me
Dr. Bucio's pictures are false and misleading. You can see what he showed as the "result" is really what my body looked like BEFORE he messed it up. After the swelling and all the saline solution he pumped into my hips went down, you can see what the real result is, considering he sucked out a large amount of fat from my hips. w/o discussing it with me. I literally get pointed at and laughed at in public, unless I wear thick baggy clothing. One butt cheek projects out a full inch or more than the other.
Aside from the falsely advertised results, the office and/or doctor is unethical and billed me for OR and anesthesia fees on a procedure I did not receive. Instead of refunding the excess money I paid for anesthesia and OR, the doctor pocketed the money for himself or the facilty decided to keep it. When I asked repeatedly why I was never refunded, no good answer was given. I feel like they used the language barrier to their own advantage and took advantage of me throughout the process.
Around 3-6 months after the procedure, I contacted the doctor about the issues I was having, and he had his office staff BLOCK me from whats app. If you have an issue with this physician be sure to bring it while the credit card company can still intervene on your behalf, or he'll simply pretend you don't exist and cut off contact after that time period.
I feel like I got duped from the very beginning because during the initial consult I was told I HAD TO have the 360 lift because the doctor needed the access to place the implant intramuscularly. HE NEVER even placed the implant intramusculary, after I was charged for the unnecessary lift, which is why it sticks out a full 1-2 inches more on one side. Instead he just did some half measure, which is the same thing that happened with my "360 lift." He NEVER even did the full abdominoplasty I paid for, again only a partial half measure. I can still feel the separation of the muscles at the top of my abdomen, and to make matters worse, he incorrectly sutured the PARTIAL incision from the tummy tuck to my underlying muscle so the result is similar to my hips, meaning that I have an immovable indentation and the tissue balloons out on either side of it. See pics.
This is a legitimate clinic, and you will pay less than stateside, but my advice is to avoid Dr. Bucio and specifically request one of the other physicians. You will get much better results if you do. Considering Dr. Bucio lost most of his fingers on his dominant hand, the scarring isn't as bad as I anticipated, but you will most likely be happier with a fully capable physician as he will actually perform the FULL procedures, instead of cutting corners so he can pocket the excess OR and ANES fees for himself.
