Hip implant flipped
Welp the worst thing imaginable happen and it happened without me even knowing or feeling it. I laid down and I felt my hip and it felt very weird I was so scared even look I leave there for about 30 minutes got up looked in the mirror and almost had a heart attack. Seriously so ugly, this happened I believe Friday night and Dr. Stanton got back to me immediately Saturday morning thank God.
He just let me know that we’re probably gonna have to manually flip it so Monday came I went into the doctors office thankfully I live 30 minutes away from Beverly Hills when I got there he started working on my hip and I don’t know I’m trying to flip it manually I didn’t look because I see it freaked me out. My hip was really red and kind of just looked messed up when I left because he was obviously messing with us I couldn’t tell if it was fixed when I got home immediately I can tell that the implant was flipped but it was flipped the wrong way. I live this way for another like week and then the weekend came and I obviously didn’t wanna feel all funky...and couldn’t wait to see him the next week looking like that. So I started messing with my hair but I mean it’s seriously the worst thing it’s really just something nasty kind of when you’re flipping your implant on your hip super weird really uncomfortable but I flipped it thank God. It’s back to normal but now I’ve been having nightmares and I can’t sleep very well because I can’t sleep because I’m scared I’ll mess my hips up.
I don’t regret this surgery but I highly recommend you thinking about doing the surgery before you do it because God for bid if I was to have to go back and do surgeryThat’s another God knows how much so just food for thought. I’m hoping I have no more issues.
