Dr. Burden and his staff were very professional and gave me excellent results. My initial visit was a consultation concerning problems I was having with saline implants on my right breast. Dr. Burden explained that the implant was breaking through the breast tissue wall and would need to be repaired. We discussed silicone vs saline (I have had both) and the issues in the 90's about silicone. He was very informative and patient in answering my questions. My husband and I had discussed replacing my implants a few years ago. We wanted to increase their size to better match my body at this stage in my life. I am 56 years old, 5' 6 3/4" and 130 pounds. The decision was made to replace the implants with silicone and do the repair to the right breast. I could not be happier! Incisions were made under my armpit, so I have no scarring on my breast. Recovery time was minimal and my follow up visits with Destin Plastic Surgery very helpful. Highly recommend!!!!
