I don't know where to start. I can say that I'm Very pleased with my results in this short time. Sunday will be exactly ONE month since I've had my Procedure done. There wasn't any down time for me, But the day of and I got me some rest the next day. I've already noticed iches lost in my stomach area. Which is Awesome. I went to see Dr. Bennet a week and a half after I had my procedure done and she was so Expressed and very Happy with my results in such a short amount of time. I Still wear my garment and I can't wait until I don't have to any more lol. My next step is getting back in the Gym. I have one more week then I can do the damn thing. Now that my rummy is right I have to get the rest of my body together. I'm so excited for the new me. I will say if anyone is in doubt about having this done I will say go for it. Best money spent. Cant keep my hubby off me lol. Here are some photos a week and a half after the procedure

So today I went back to work. Everything went great. Didn't have too much of an appetite, I was surprised about that. Even Dinner I ate it but didn't finish it.
Now for work I was so Freaking Hot. Wearing The garment and Binder is a lot once your at work walking around. I work in Retail so I'm constantly on my feet and moving around. So I wasn't ready for the Heat lol. My pain level is still a 1-2. No difference. I took 2 Aleve this am before work and I was good to go. It was tender/sore to the touch only when I pressed against it. But surprisingly work was like a regular day, I was able to do everything I've done before I had this done. I did take a pic today just so u can see my progress. I can see a difference already. sorry I didn't wait for the whole week lol.

Hey Lady. Thanks for the love. I didn't even need all those maxi pads. I only used about 7. Now I'm stuck with them lol. I've been off my med since Monday. I've been feeling great. Thanks for the love. Can't wait to see the final out come. Super Excited.

You look great. I am older than you, and need tummy fat removed mostly for my health...Back trouble .Tummy pulls on my back. I live in California and don`t know who to get in touch with...??? What type of lipo did you have.??? You body size looks just like myself. Jeannette Evans

Hey Lady. Thank you. I did Smart Lipo upper and lower abs. Sometimes I have back pains lower that is, and I thought it was because of my stomach hanging low. I asked my Dr would that go away after I have the procedure done and she said No. Hope I answered your question? Lynette

How are you feeling after a week? Looking forward to more updated and pics. I decided to lose some weight, 20lbs...so Sundance pushed my date to Dec 4th for my pre op.

Good Afternoon. I'm feel great. I just hate the wrap we have to wear over the garment. it's the worse. But I have to follow the doctors rules. I'm still a little sore to touch only when I rub lotion on my tummy but other then that never felt better.

I am so happy to hear that your 2 week appt went well and you are healing great. I would love to see pics of your progress. Also, did you get back your complexion or did the area get darker in a few days. I am a little nervous because I read of someone who did not get back their complexion. It remained dark. Your personal opinion will be greatly appreciated. Thx

Hey Lady. Like I said before they where so Please. The only other thing I should've done was my bra strap. Now that my tummy is losing inches I have that crease. Hard to explain I'll have to send u a pic. But u can look at my old ones and see what I'm talking about. I will try and work that part out as best as I can, I still have 2 more weeks before I start to work out again. I will post more pic soon My phone isn't uploading pic right now since my Daughter used up all my data.
As far as my complexion goes I didn't lose any color or get darker. The Internet can be the devil some times, but it's good that u can read about what your about to get done. I really think it depends on your body and how u have taken care of yourself prior to getting the procedure done. Everyone's body is different so don't stress yourself out too much before u even get the procedure done. You'll be good and plus your gonna be in great hands.

So far so Good. Pain level from 1-10. will be a 1. It feels like I've been doing sit ups. So It's bearable. I'm actually doing better then what I thought, and what I've read. I'm doing pretty good. My tummy is a little sore to the touch and tender but I can deal with it. I'll keep u guys posted.

Thank you for keeping us updated. I am totally relying on you to hear about Dr Bennett. I am very excited for mine to be done by her. I am having my pre ok on Nov 21 and we will set a surgery date.

Girl Dr. B is the Truth. talking to her feels like talking to one of your girlfriends. While she was doing my Procedure we where just talking and laughing. Her Nurse Sundance was just as Incredible as Dr Bennett. Your in good Hands and I can't wait to see your results as well. My pain Level from 1-10 had been a 2 since yesterday. I moved around more today and played with my Daughter a little but other then that I've been taking it easy. and following the Dr orders. I didn't drain alot. I might of changed my pads 3 times and that was it.

your welcome. Nothing but Positivity over here. Just been resting and enjoying Family time. Back to work tomorrow. My pain level has been the same a 2 from 1-10. since yesterday. I just hate the white binder I have to wear over the garment.
