4 rounds pdo threads (right ) my right side was the larger side of my face due to my dimple so I have more sagging . Also during the buccal removal my right upper cheek fat pad was ripped out , and caused my cheek to drop and felt an indent. To repair my upper cheeks I had a Pet lift with Dr. Souza in Miami . Furthermore, I did have some kybella . I was very nervous about that, but the nurse I worked with promised me it would be ok because it's a gradual reduction. Although I wouldn't recommend that for everyone especially if you have issues with volume. In my case I had , and still have a lot of volume to my face . In hind sight I would of just did kybella to slowly reduce facial fat .

1 yr update after several people threads
I had several pdo threads placed over the yr. A small amount of kybella because the removal was not even. My right side was naturally larger , so you'll notice in past pics my right side fell more. I still need to do 1 more sessions on my lower right to regain my smile lines back. Also more fat was removal from my upper right cheek so it has a small indentation. However I'm much happier with my smile. Lesson is to learn to love yourself.
Dont Do Buccal Fat Removal!
I got buccal fat removal, and chin lipo, my face was partially paralyzed for about 2 months . ALSO DO NOT GET FILERS HERE ! DR. OCHA doesn't have the proper training. I asked to fill my smile lines. It left me looking like an avatar... he placed several dots after ripping my face apart. Once the swelling left it was devastating. I've been trying to repair my face since. Whatever you do pass on this surgery. First off, the surgery was painful. I felt the fat being ripped out of my face mainly towards my cheekbones, and deep In my teeth. The aftermath made my face fall forward, and actually it looks more fat than before. I have had to get pdo threads to try to lift my face , however it's not the same... I've spent lots of money repairing the damage...
