Absolutely no results after outer brow lift & under eye & temple fat transfer

Scheduled an outer brow lift, under eye and temple fat transfer. 2 week prior to surgery, the Dr injected hyaluronidase to dissolve all fillers. I had to repeat that process twice due to him injecting only a little bit. I was first deceived at the Pre Op appointment when Dr. Myints "assistant" told me that I would go under "general Anesthesia" and NOT "twilight anesthesia" like the Dr and I had discussed. This mattered to me as I just had a breast lift a few months prior and anesthesia nearly back to back isnt good on the organs. However, against my better judgement, I went ahead with the surgery. During the Pre Op she also told me that the Dr is VERY CONSERVATIVE.., At that point I should have asked for a refund but the Dr and I spoke and he promised me he would go extremely aggressive. I felt we were on the same page as he gave me a mirror and asked me to point out just how high I would want the brow. The following day I was to have a follow up appointment via facetime with his assistant. She texted me in the early morning when I was asleep to ask if we could do the facetime right then. When I responded she told me she was busy and to just send her pics. She was very rude and unprofessional. I talked to the Dr a few days after and he seemed uninterested in my recovery and wasn't helpful in explaining how to change bandages. He seemed quite annoyed. After the severe black eyes went away, I noticed there was no fat placed under my eye ( picture below is 3 weeks after surgery ) . Upon calling his assistant said "The Dr said the fat will grow over the next 9 months" I am having a hard time believing there was fat injected at all. I asked to schedule an appointment so he could put filler there until I find a Dr that can do the fat transfer, and she said he wont be available for a month. As for the brow lift, one side is higher than the next and they are both still droopy. Also he mentioned only doing 2 cuts but he cut 4 times into my hairline and one of them a month later is still bleeding on and off. Im beyond disappointed in every way from the lack of communication, the uncaring staff, the procedure itself and the results. I would not recommend this Dr.
