So happy with my results - my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner

I went to Dr. Romo for a brow lift. Not only did he do a masterful job, he was so patient and kind with addressing all my concerns and questions and kept me at ease with his warm bedside manner and sense of humor. This was a major departure from the plastic surgeon that I initially went to, who I was familiar with from her popularity on instagram. She was incredibly cold, didn’t listen to my concerns and was trying to sell me on additional procedures that I was not interested in. She spent probably a total of 10 minutes with me before she rushed out. I found Dr. Romo from his reviews and before and after photos on Real Self. I scheduled a consult and he couldn’t have been more warm & pleasant. He took the time to hear my concerns and address them directly. Having never had surgery and being very nervous, I set up a second consult and once again he spent the full hour with me and answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Everyone in the office reflects this same warmth and kindness. I’m now six months post-surgery, and so happy with my results. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
