Dr Ufuk travelled to London for my consultation. I was greeted by him and his team. I explained my concerns and photos were taken of me. He thoroughly explained to me in realistic terms the surgery that I would require. His assistant Ali also explained the process of travelling to Istanbul for my surgery, travel, accommodation and costs. Everything was extremely clear which helped to put my mind at ease.
From travelling to Istanbul to my departure back to London, the whole process was professional and very bespoke. Throughout each step, his staff kept me informed by WhatsApp. I have visited Istanbul before for surgery but this was the most professional and seamless experience that I have had and it outshone my other experiences. Every member of the team treated me with immense respect and kindness throughout my stay. Once I arrived back into the UK, I was asked to send weekly photographs of my face to check for healing and progress.
Dr Ufuk and his team are a very special group of people. They each take their individual role in the company very seriously and treated me with the upmost respect and care.
I am extremely happy with my results from my surgery and of course the high standard of quality care that I received every step of the way.
