Photos-thighs

Thighs improving-gradually

The thigh lift has got to be the slowest recovery of them all. 2 1/2 months post op, I'm still experiencing painful swelling towards the end of the day, particularly after exercise. I've moved on to supportive compression leggings to help with this during the day. The area around the knee is the worst affected part. There doesn't appear to be much swelling elsewhere in the leg area at this point.
Overall, I'm happy with the result, apart from a couple of little areas at the bottom by the knees which seem to look odd, compared to the rest-which is great.
I was realistic about achievable results and am aware that this is a difficult operation to perfect in one attempt, so I'm expecting a minor revision surgery next year-when I get round to it!
Apart from the flappy knee area, I'm very pleased. I'll be able to walk along a beach without my flabby, huge thighs rolling about with all that excess skin and fat. I was very self conscious of it as previously, they just looked ridiculous and out of proportion.
Now, my jeans fit properly, all over. Scars aren't an issue for me at all. The contouring is 90% great.

Thighs

Painful-still, after nearly 6 weeks. Especially in the afternoon. New hole looks superficial and not problematic.
Former massive hole healing well!
I just want my recovery over, but I imagine it'll be at least another 2 weeks until I can return to gym and even consider returning to normal high levels of physical functioning. Total recovery I estimate at this point will be 8-10 weeks.
