My experience with Mr Lee has been great from the start. I contacted Mr Lee in order to try to improve my facial asymmetry and when i met him i found him to be personable and very easy to talk to about my issue. He listened and i felt he took my concerns seriously. After we agreed a solution (chin implant and liposuction/augmentation) he also explained the potential risks and timescales for healing which has helped me manage my expectations. I am only 8 weeks post-surgery but i am already very happy with the results and i look forward to seeing Mr Lee again in 6 months time to discuss the more final results!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mr Lee was professional, friendly and caring throughout my consultations and procedure. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery and cannot thank Mr Lee enough for doing a superb job and allowing me to feel confident again. His clinic team are welcoming and friendly and his secretary Jane made the whole process seamless, always at the end of the phone should I have had any questions.
I would defiantly recommend Mr Lee and his services to anyone wanting first class service and professional surgeon at the top of his league.

As each year was going by, I was becoming more and more paranoid about my recessed chin. I hated it in photos, forward facing cameras scared me, it just didn’t feel normal to me.

A few years earlier, I underwent rhinoplasty which Simon had performed for me. We had discussed performing chin augmentation as well. In hindsight, I wish I had the chin augmentation done at the same time but I wasn’t ready. Simon gave me the information I needed, but at no stage ever pushed me into it. This is one aspect I found Simon very good for... he’s informative, happy to help, but never pushy, which is crucial when going through what can be a life changing operation.

Following the rhinoplasty, as each year went by I became more and more certain that I wanted the chin augmentation done. Happy with the results from the rhinoplasty, I contacted Simon again regarding this. The process was very similar. An initial appointment to discuss what I felt was wrong, and what I was hoping to achieve, then Simon would give his input and explain what he believed could be achieved and the options available. If I was still interested in proceeding, arrangements would be made to book in the procedure, as well as a second meeting with Simon close to the procedure to go through any final queries. It was all very professional.

The procedure went well and the staff at Spire hospital in Bristol were brilliant. The only thing that had caught me by surprise was the recovery from the procedure. I had done a lot of reading online and wasn’t expecting it to be too uncomfortable, but for the first week it was definitely more uncomfortable than what I was expecting... not painful though and due to work demands, I was able to get back working after 7 days. The implant felt ‘tight’ and weird for a month or so, but after 3 months all those sensations had passed and there is zero discomfort from it.

The results... At the time of writing this, 6 months has passed since having the operation. I can confirm that Simon delivered exactly what I had asked for. My chin now feels normal! With working from home and a lot of zoom meetings, I’ve not been paranoid about the forward facing camera at all, my side profile looks so much better, I am very happy! From a vanity perspective, sometimes I wish I had asked to go a little bigger so I would recommend having a good discussion about this with your consultant, but as I said above, Simon delivered exactly what I had asked for and a very good result. It was only last night that I saw an old photo which reminded me of how much I hated my old chin and it highlighted the major difference the operation has made for me.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Simon as all aspects, from the initial consultation to the results he delivers, are very good.

I was very pleased with the results, and Dr Lee explained everything part of the procedure very thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable both before and after the surgery. He made sure I was aware of any potential risks and reassured me that these were unlikely to occur.

I had the most amazing and life changing experience with Mr Lee! Very professional and everything was done to perfection. I could not recommend him enough. He was very easy to talk to and explained every bit of the surgery very well and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like a brand new person! Amazing!

I am so glad I had this done, and I got the results I wanted. Yes, there was more pain than I expected, and recovery time was longer, but it was worth it. I think I look much younger than I am, and I feel that way too.

I had wanted upper eyelid surgery for a fair few years as I had drooping eyelids, especially over my left eye. Recently I was able to afford to self fund this procedure and chose Mr Simon Lee as my Consultant at the Spire Hospital in Bristol. I was in regular contact with his secretary Jane, who was so helpful and she arranged a very speedy referral, pre op and the surgery date. 

I am so pleased I chose Mr Lee. He was very courteous, he explained the whole procedure, including what I could expect regarding results, the possible complications that may arise and gave me time to choose if this procedure was for me. The staff at the Spire Hospital were very professional and I really can't fault my stay there, although it was as a day case. I have had two follow up appointments with Mr Lee and we are both very pleased with the result. There are still a few more months to go before all the swelling goes completely and for the scars to fade even more, but I can see such a difference. 

At the time of this review I am six weeks post op. I was naturally a little nervous about having this done but I'm so glad I did. I can and would recommend Mr Lee to anyone considering surgery and I will definitely choose Mr Lee again when I can afford more cosmetic surgery in the future.

My droopy eyelids were becoming more of a problem by the month. I wanted to do something about it in a way that would leave me with a good result. That's easier said than done when entrusting your appearance to a stranger. Simon Lee inspired both my trust and my confidence, in his advice on the best procedure for me and in his expertise when carrying it out. He explained what he would be doing and why he would be doing it, and was happy to answer all my many questions. He was professional, empathetic and as keen as I to achieve an excellent outcome.
During my visits to his clinic and to the hospital where he works, several staff described him as a perfectionist. I would agree with them. It's a great trait for a surgeon who has the future of your face in his hands.

In January 2019 I had a full abdominalplasty & breast augmentation with a lift after having 4 children I had a muscle separation plus some loose skin on the bottom of my abdomen, no matter how hard I worked at it I just couldn’t get rid of it, so Mr Lee had been recommended to me by lots of people. I decided to go for a consultation and he was so honest and caring he completely exceeded my expectations. I decided to go ahead with the surgery as he totally put me at ease and I felt I could trust him 100%. Right from the first consultation to the 6 week check up he was nothing but caring/professional and generally amazing. Nothing was ever too much for him, to say I’m over the moon with my results would be an understatement his work is so precise and really is second to none. I really can not recommend Mr Lee enough, if you’re thinking of having surgery with him I would most definitely do it you will not be disappointed. Also Jane his secretary was very efficient. The aftercare at the spire Bristol was amazing I couldn’t of wished for anything more. I’ve attached a picture which is only 3 weeks post op, so since then the results are even better :)

So after losing 5 stone in 18 months on slimming world I hated my saggy tummy , I was recommended Simon Lee by a friend who had had the same operation done so I booked a consultation with him.

Best thing I did , I had worked hard to lose the weight and was left with this awful saggy skin , when visiting Dr Simon Lee at a consultation at spire hospital he said I was the perfect candidate and he would help me !! The operation was booked in very quick (within 12 days) so I would be fully recovered for my holiday in 7 weeks time !! I would definitely recommend Dr Simon Lee to others as he had a very calming , friendly & lovely way about him that made you feel completely at easy when discussing anything to do with the operation and after care !! The operation went well and I’m now 6 week post op and going on holiday in 3 days ! I’m so pleased with the results and so glad I got that appointment in before my holiday as I was planning it for September time !!

I can’t recommend Dr Simon Lee enough start to finish has been brilliant and he’s a amazing surgeon and extremely good at what he does so pleased with the results I have.

Jane the secretary is brilliant too , any questions you have she emails back so quick and helps you with everything you need to know.
