The results following the surgery are something I had been looking forward to for years

Mr Fazel and the team were incredibly supportive and professional from my first consultation right through to the final post-op appointment. I was given open access to 24-hour support whenever I needed it which was very reassuring. The surgical nursing team where very supportive and answered all my questions, the recovery team was fantastic checking on me throughout and just before discharge I was able to take my time and was provided with everything I needed. The follow-up appointments with the outpatient nurse were a great experience and reassured me with each appointment. For example, during one of my appointments, I had forgotten to eat lunch and so during the dressing change became light-headed, the nurse was exceptional in providing me with the support I needed and ensuring I was well supported. The results following the surgery are something I had been looking forward to for years and all I kept saying was why I didn't do it sooner! Mr Fazel discussed my expectations with me and helped me along this journey to achieve the goal I had dreamed of for so long. A big thank you to Mr Fazel and the team again, you have changed my life.
