One year later and 2.5kg lighter

I had my breast reduction over a year ago now and every single day when I get dressed in the morning, I thank God I did it.

I went to Adam first of all because he had operated on a member of my family and although it’s embarrassing at the beginning showing yourself at what you think is your worst, he was so kind and thoughtful and worked really well with the support staff at the clinic.

I must give extra credit to his admin team who are patient and talk you through all your ditherings about timings, locations and payment.

In the end, Adam removed over 2 1/2 kg of boob, and also did a little little bit of liposuction and some ancillary tissue. (Under arm )

I stayed at a hospital in Poole who were really kind and the food and care was great. I went home the next day and had a few checkups but was back at work in two weeks.
Almost all my scarring has now gone, and I am left with a freedom to exercise that I never thought I would have. No more expensive bras and sports bras and swimwear, and really feel that my life in my 50s is now beginning. Cannot recommend this procedure and particularly Adam enough.
