I am about 6 weeks out from my breast reduction surgery. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. I am an RN and have been working in the inpatient hospital setting for almost 20 years. I was blown away by my experience with Dr. Thayer and the extraordinary team he works with. From the very first consultation, to my surgery, to my post-op appointments I felt listened to, heard and cared for as a whole person. Dr. Thayer listened so carefully to me. He learned about who I am and was able to provide me with the most amazing surgical experience that matched what I needed as an individual. I am extremely happy with the results! The team kept me so well informed, they were communicating every step of the way. I get terrible post op nausea--I had none! Going into a surgery is scary, each and every person on that team was incredible at their job, kind and compassionate. Maggie made my appointments and communications smooth and easy! Mandy, Dr. Thayer's surgical assist, is so incredibly personable and incredible at her job. She was always there for questions and concerns.The pre-op nurse was so kind and caring. The CRNA was so attentive and was able to provide me with zero post op nausea, and I awoke comfortable and relaxed! I am so grateful for this team!
