Very positive! Everyone who worked with Doctor Prucz was extremely nice and comforting. From the beginning I felt as though I could trust Doctor Prucz. We have called them several times after my post op for questions and they were always available yo answer you questions. Definitely would recommend for anyone getting a breast reduction surgery.
