Felt Unheard and Not Utilizing my Insurance Per my Care.

I am sorry that you felt "unheard". I am also very sorry that you have pain. I'm sure this is frustrating. I wish I could make that pain go away. However, I evaluated you, and your very complex history at your consultation. I stated that I do not know off the top of my head what BCBS of TN requirements are, but I would check to see if you would qualify. There are 50 states and multiple insurers in each state. All of them have different policies and requirements. After reviewing BCBS of Tennessee Medical Policy Manual, I determined that you do not qualify for Reduction Mammaplasty per their guidelines. You can find it online by googling "blue cross blue shield tennessee lcd cpt 19318". Please review. I have zero control of BCBS and what they cover. I hope you find someone that can take your pain away.
