16 month update and not very happy

Its been a year and 4 months since i had my breast reduction. In my last review i posted about some issues i am facing including lumps/fat necrosis in my breasts, scar tissue at several spots and also pain in right breast. I also have a cone like shape at the end of incisions in the under arm area - i know its a lot of issues. Earlier i was told by Dr. Nygaard and her staff - don't worry these will be fixed but now they are changing their statements and attitude. Now i am getting quotes of 4-6K if i want it fixed. My mammogram mentions several oil cysts/fat necrosis in right breast but Dr Nygaard says nothing can be done about it as they are small. I have been told one lump in left breast will be removed and the scar tissue areas will be revised but the cone like shape at the end of incisions will not be done unless i pay extra for that.
Be aware: this office/Dr. mention on their website - side of breasts will be addressed/fixed and liposuction will be done but actually they don't do much (at least in my case) Now they are saying its just minimal what they do to the sides and its very minimal liposuction like one to two teaspoons so if one requires more (and with bigger size breast most of us do) thats not resolved during breast reduction. I am just so upset why i was not told this earlier.....? now i have to go through this again and pay more than what i paid for the full breast reduction to get it resolved - not to forget the pain i will go through again.
I tried to find photos of other reviews posted for the same Dr so i can compare and i noticed there are many positive reviews but no photos which make me wonder if they are genuine or if they have similar issues.
Now when i try to talk to the Dr. Nygaard and staff suddenly they are not as friendly or easy to talk to. Now they are trying to play with my mind and making me feel as if i am making things up or they never said or they can't do anything. Today the staff member put the phone down in the middle of conversation when i was trying to explain what my insurance told me and that they are asking to submit to them details of revision.
I am going to get second opinion, talk to my insurance again and then decide what to do.

after two months
I wanted to wait before posting another review to see how much swelling i have and if it goes down. After two months here are my thoughts and feedback:
positives: i like the size of breasts now - from E-F cup down to a C. My incisions are neat. I had a small openings at T which healed. Smaller one healed in few days and the little bigger on right side closed at about 6 week. Those spots are darker but rest is looking good.
now not so positive: I have side rolls and in fact more than before. I am still wearing 38 band and now i am spilling out at back and under my arm which was not that much before. My doctor said it is swelling and will go down but i don't see much difference so far. Another thing i am worried about: on left side, at the end of incision i have a cone shape protruding out, looks really weird. I was told this will settle down and if not then its an easy fix under local anaesthesia through some trimming/touch up. The most thing i am worried about is a lump in my right breast, upper half, right on top of areola. Its almost the size of an egg. Dr Nygaaard said it may be a scar tissue or fat narcosis but they won't know at this point for sure. They think sometimes this resolves on its own and if not they will have to go back in. Anyways Dr. they wait 6-12 months before doing anything. So for me its a wait game now.
I like the doctor and office staff and i feel if something is not resolved with time, they will fix it. so i am going to stay positive.
I will post an update again in few months if there is any improvement or i am having revision/touch up procedure.

21 days post
I had my three week appointment yesterday.…
I had my three week appointment yesterday. Glue and tape came off. Except for two small opening (at both T incisions) rest looks just fine and healing well. One opening is about half inch and other much smaller. I was given an ointment to apply twice daily on the openings and gel to start the massage. In just one day i feel the opening is drying and healing. I can now sleep on my side. I also received my fusion cream for scars. I decided to wait a day or two to start scar cream until my two small openings are fully closed and also irritated incisions due to removal of tape are better.
I am also almost off of pain medicines - just taking arnica to reduce swelling and tylenol PM only when l need (not every night). I also take vitamin C and Vit. B complex. Protein shake and fruits daily.
In general i am feeling pretty good. There is still some swelling on the lipo sides and probably still some on breasts but so far healing is going well.
