Delayed reconstruction of my breast with extended latissimus dorsi flap

I cannot thank Dr Baker enough.

I was recently introduced to Dr Baker because he could offer an alternative to replacing a 10 year old implant that was fitted after a mastectomy.

Dr Baker explained in great detail how he could remove the implant and perform a delayed reconstruction of my breast with extended latissimus Doris flap, in laymen’s terms, transfer fat from an area of my body to fill the breast pocket, Dr Baker was very patient with me, I had a lot of questions and every question was answered in great detail, with patience and sensitivity.

The morning of the OP, I met Dr Baker and his team, again, I felt very much at ease when everything was explained to me, essentially and importantly, it was explained again to make sure I understood what procedure I was having, it was also explained who would be in theatre with me and how his team managed the anaesthetic.

Dr Baker visited me on the ward every day until I was discharged then 8 weeks later I met with him for a checkup, honestly, hand on heart, the results are amazing, there’s still some healing to do but regardless of that, looking at how my breast looks now, it is 100%, in fact 1000% better than it was with an implant, this procedure gives a more natural look and feel and on a plus side, I don’t have to have an implant replaced in 10 years so no more surgery.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Baker for plastic surgery operation, like I said in the headline, a simple thank you is just not enough.
