How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Worst Place Ever. Didn't Even Get Surgery.
I flew down to Miami from Delaware on 7/12/2021 to have surgery with Dr. Hunsaker on 7/14/2021. The Pre-op was on 7/13/2021, where I waited in CG for 5 hours before anyone spoke with me regarding my surgery. I paid for a drug test (which I did not take), a COVID test, and a garment ALL IN CASH (required by the office). I took cash out of the ATM in the lobby, which was suspicious. When I was finally called to the back, I was surrounded by other patients speaking about the doctor I was supposed to have surgery with, where they stated that someone had just told them that Dr. Hunsaker was sick and on a ventilator. The contract I signed was to have surgery with Dr. Hunsaker, and nowhere in the contract did it state that surgeons were interchangeable at the staff's discretion. Knowing I would not have surgery with the doctor I spent months researching, I decided to leave. They called me five hours later and offered for me to have surgery with another doctor, which I declined. Fast forward to September of '21, they finally refunded me $6,000, but I had explicitly asked for the total $7,000 due to the circumstance and contract violation. They said they would refund the remaining $1,000 at the end of September, and here I am in January of 2022. Still, no refund, and I'm on my 3rd dispute. The accounting department of this surgery center is only reachable VIA EMAIL, which makes it extremely easy to avoid angry customers. The bank I'm disputing this with (Alphaeon) can't reach them even after I provided proof of email correspondence stating they'd refund the remaining $1,000.
