How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I'd Do Anything to Turn Back Time and See a Different Surgeon
It has been several years of me waiting to fully heal after surgery, hoping the results would somehow get better.
Unfortunately this has not been the case, and I urge you to look for another doctor who has true care for aesthetics as this is what the surgery is lacking.
After my initial surgery, in the first few days, the dissolving stitches which Miss Ali chose to use split apart and tore my nipple. I got in contact with Miss Ali on the day it happened and she dismissed it as normal, I kept pushing to get an appointment and a nurse eventually review it saying they were fine. Several years of healing later, and the torn part is now completely white making the nipple appear disfigured and had a huge scar which Miss Ali had to cut out and restitch.. If only she had taken my concern seriously when I raised it.
The nipples are pointing upwards, are two different sizes and have scars from where the stitching was all around the edges.
Due to the split of the nipples, the anchor scar was also huge and had to be revised by Miss Ali, this has now made the bottom of the breast pointed and pulled it out of shape.
I have tried to get in touch regarding the the insurance details to begin tattoo work to restore the colour in my nipples, but it takes weeks, if not months of chasing to a get a response since the old PA left. After finally getting a response, the PA said the tattooist should call the insurers to work out the policy details even though they are not the policy holders which felt very unhelpful and dismissive.
Similar to the other reviews, after my fat transfer I have been left with deep indents in the backs of my legs.
There are numerous other issues with the aesthetics of the outcome…
Whenever I've tried to raise issues I've been told things are fine, sought other doctor's opinions who have confirmed they are not, and then had to push for them to be rectified. I have recently raised these issues again to see if anything can be done, and told I will have to pay £250 to speak to Miss Ali.
To name one of the issues, when querying why the nipples were two different sizes, the email response was ‘they were like that before’. If you’re a doctor who prides yourself on your aesthetic outcomes, surely this should have been raised? It was also not what was discussed during consultations.
When I’ve asked for video calls, she said as I am in another country it won’t work due to time and distance - since when did the time of day or distance affect a zoom call?
Every issue I’ve raised she comes back with an excuse which feels it’s blatantly insulting as they're so far from the truth. After the surgery she was constantly saying “your breasts are ruining my portfolio” but upon raising any of the issues mentioned she’s claimed there is nothing wrong.
There is a real lack of care for patients and absolutely no aesthetic outcome. I cannot stress enough how much I urge you to find another doctor - any self confidence I had has been completely shattered and I am having to find another doctor for a revision.
