I am nearly 6’1 and 143 pounds. My current bra size (I think) is a 32C. I have a slim, athletic build. I found JW Plastic Surgery online. I lost a significant amount of weight over time and I was looking for more fullness and lift, but I like having smaller breasts. I was previously a 32DDD and I don’t need to have boobs that big because I want to be able to work out and maintain a slim appearance. The doctor scanned my chest and suggested that I get 275cc, but I think I might go with 225cc or ever 200cc. I want to maintain a more “model like” look. I would love any input from any tall ladies! 5’11 to 6’2 with similar stats!!

Thank you so much! I ended up going with 275cc! They feel big but I think I'm just not used to having them so high up! Lol!!

I hear you! I am 5'11, 135lbs and had a breast reduction that was botched 20 years ago (I was an E - breast reduction hollowed me out and the remaining tissue was hanging so low that my current surgeon thought I had kids and breast fed). I am now 12 days post-op from a repair - augmentation, scar repair, and lift of 1 breast (lifted breast was left larger so 275CC went in, and 300CC in the other breast). Mine are sitting so high as well and it is sooooo bizarre!!!!

The left breast is healing well and quick, the left breast (which was lifted) is taking a bit longer due to the lift. My doc had me on a 2 week pre-op plan with supplements and homeopathic remedies, which I believe helped tremendously. No pics yet....you you know if there is a way to send pics in a private message like this?

Post-op update! Sore, but optimistic!

I went into surgery day 6'1 140 pounds and today (2nd day post op) I'm about 7 pounds up. I'm sure it's water and no pooping. They look massive to me but I think a lot is swelling and bandage. I was expecting to be put in pos op bra, but I have a bandage compressing me. The meds are definitely knocking me out and making me constipated. I'm in more pain than I expected. I wish I could shower but I have to wait until after post op appointment. Will update soon.

I got my bandages off today!

I got to actually see my boobs today! When the nurse removed the bandage I instantly saw that one boob was way higher than the other! It has extra skin at the bottom but the nurse says the implant has to fall in the pocket. I get to start scar treatment and massages next week. I was able to shower today and I nearly cried. The water felt so good. I was too afraid to remove my tape though. I’m not ready to look at my incisions yet. The post op bra really digs into my incisions after a while. I have a soft bra from Target that I’m wearing and I ordered more. The nurse said I need to wear bras but said I can wear others as long as there is no underwire.

I have to say I feel like a Barbie! I can’t believe my chest looks so different. I really hope the other boob starts looking better soon. I’ll take photos bare chested tomorrow!
