The dreaded "Before" Pictures
I should have posted these photos first. These were taken a few days before my surgery. I don't even recognize that person! Dr. Mosier is a genius!! I know this question pops up all the time. Bra sizing equivalent to CC's. It's not that simple. I will say this, I was a D/DD Cup before the surgery. I am now wearing an F/G Cup. YES!!!!!

I still can't get over the lack of scarring.....incredible! Dr. Mosier is a genius!! More pictures to come!!

Dr. David Mosier, in Austin, TX. is a paragon of plastic surgery. The results from my breast lift with augmentation are nothing short of AMAZING! Simply beautiful.
I’ll get right to it. I will be turning 50 this year, I’m a newlywed (2 years in July) and I am SO GRATFUL for Dr. Mosier and his wonderful staff. June 6th was 3 months post op. Every day I can’t wait to look at myself in the mirror and see the incredible changes that are happening with my breasts.
Back story, I have always had large breasts. DD cup, then a J cup when I nursed my babies and then back to a perky DD. I was so fortunate in that my breasts never sagged. Up until about a year ago I was very happy with my breasts and then it was as if they were deflating, slowly but surely. No weight gain or loss – I’m sure that menopause had a lot to do with it. I started doing my homework and researching what needed to be done to remedy my “depressed titties”. My husband and I did our due diligence and researched several plastic surgeons in the Austin area. We narrowed my consultations down to 3. When my husband and I met Dr. Mosier for the first time we both knew that he was THE ONE, without a doubt.
Why Dr. Mosier? First off, he was the ONLY doctor that asked about the health of my breasts (mammograms, etc.). He listened to me and understood without a doubt what my goal was. We talked at great length about safely achieving that goal. My goal you ask?? I wanted high, round, voluptuous, amazing - “As Big As You Can Get Them – aka: Fake Looking T*its”. Yes – I said it. Dr. Mosier discussed how we could SAFELY achieve the size and shape I was hoping for. I couldn’t get my procedure booked fast enough! Dr. Mosier has the most welcoming, kind, professional and caring office staff. From Courtney at the front desk; to Jill, the Financial Coordinator and Erika, the nurse – ALL are simply wonderful!
You know you are in the best hands when everyone in pre-op holds Dr. Mosier in the highest regard, not to mention that several of the nurses – if not all of them had Dr. Mosier do their breast procedures.
My recovery went well, I stayed on top of the pain management and wound care. I pretty much slept on the recliner for the first week. You learn very quickly how to find a comfortable position to sleep. I was back to work a week after the surgery. I have very little scaring, if at all – truly unbelievable! Dr. Mosier has me using Mederma PM Scar Treatment before bed and in the mornings I use Mederma Dry Oil Treatment.
I can’t wait to wear my new bikini tops! What a joy it is to just throw on my bikini top, tie and go! No more leaning over, fidgeting, trying to get my boobs situated and tucked in, all the while trying to make them appear a perky and sexy.
