March 21st, 2020 - 2 months post op
This is the update of where I'm currently at post op. As you can see from the pictures my left side (right side in pictures) is healing better than the right. I'm of Southeast Asian descent so that may be why my scars look a little weird and hopefully not forming a keloid (Dr. T told me Asians tend to keloid more as well). The right side formed a scab at the point at which the cut meets the areola and I'm doing my best to not pick at it, lol. I'm using Biocorneum everyday on the scars.
Other than that I cannot say it with more emphasis than this: I LOVE MY BOOBS! :D
I can wear cute tops and sometimes go without a bra and just nipple covers and the feeling is so liberating!! I have more confidence and cannot stress enough how happy I am and cannot wait when everything goes back to normal so I can go out and show them off. I'm even more thankful that I got it done when I did before the pandemic hit :( Good luck to the ladies on here that haven't gone through it yet. You got this, just be safe!

February 27th - 5 weeks and 3 days post op
At my one month post op visit with Dr. T he finally removed my surgical tape and stated I would be able to use scar cream for my incisions. I was satisfied with where they were sitting and didn't want them to drop any lower. I still had bunching on the left breast where the inner incisions were still healing and my right boob still had a bit of weird healing where the cut meets the areola. At this point I felt completely normal, no pain, no discomfort and the girls felt like they were a part of me! This is the point where I was able to get back in the gym and go back to my normal routine of lifting heavy weights (for lower body day).

As you can see from the pics my breasts are lower, the swelling has gone down but I'm still wearing my surgical tape (which was replaced at my 2 week post op appointment). I have a bit of a red looking area that's not a rash but Dr. T recommended I put Vitamin E oil to help with the dryness. At this point I was back at work and able to lift my arms above my head. Luckily I have a desk job that is computer work so nothing strenuous. At this point I still have a tightness feeling in my chest but it's more of an annoyance than anything.
