I starting out with a c cup. I don't have anyyy upper pole fullness without wearing a bra and even then it's forced. My weight has always fluctuated leaving them a bit droopy. I was prepared to get a breast aug/lift but luckily the doctor informed me that since I was young and without children we would avoid it so that was a huge plus. Im 5'2 135lbs. My doctor recommended 520 cc silicone but that sounds just soooo big. I was leaning toward 450 but he made the decision of 485 cc on the day of surgery and I decided too trust him. Since I was in the cusp of needed a lift he said we would go over the muscle which I was worried about but they look great so far Updated on 17 Apr 2024: Sometimes they look perfect other times they look too big I’m hoping they get smaller as time goes by. it’s only day 2 so I should expect swelling
Since I was 16, I knew this is something I wanted. I had a consultation with Dr.Desai and it went well but I decided to do my surgery with Dr.Taneja since hes known for cleavage and I just felt like he was the right surgeon for me. I was an A/B cup before and went with 485cc silicone implants, although Dr Taneja suggested 520cc. I was scared they would be too big but now I'm a week post op and I regret not going with 520, I feel that they are too small and Im regretting it a little but I'm hoping once they drop and "fluff" they will look bigger since they are still super high.
Hey guys, I can't believe my surgery is today! I've done research on this surgery for a little over 5 years now. I've contemplated getting this surgery because of all the taboo behind implants, people have tried to talk me out of doing this for years. I got a BBL two years ago and did not achieve the look I've that I've always wanted. My surgery is scheduled w Dr Taneja at MylookSurgery, originally I was supposed to go to aslani but he's all the way in Spain and I couldn't leave my kids behind for that long.
I’m a 43 year old mom of 3, all by c-section. I’ve wanted a tummy tuck since my first pregnancy after gaining over 100 lbs and being left with excess skin. I worked out throughout the years but nothing addressed that issue. I finally had my tummy tuck with Dr. Taneja last month. My only regret is not doing it sooner, but better late than never! It was a wonderful experience and he does beautiful work. Very much worth the wait. Im already planning my next procedure with him. Updated on 14 Apr 2022: Took this after my 8th session of lymphatic drainage massage with Claudia of House of Body and Skin Goals. She is very gentle and never goes near the incision. Standing up a little straighter. Almost there! Updated on 2 May 2022: Incision healing well. Moreso on the right than left. I’m noticing a dog ear develop on the left where the drain was but will have to wait a year to correct, if needed. Wish I would’ve plugged my belly button.
I cannot recommend Dr. Taneja and his staff enough. They really do go above and beyond from the very beginning of the consult to even months after your surgery. I was an out-of-town patient and I had a phone call with Dr. Taneja he made sure to go over everything and that I understood the whole process. After this call, I knew that I wanted to go with him and I am still so glad that I chose him. I am now a year post-op and I love my results. I told him I wanted to go bigger, but still, look natural. He delivered! If you're considering him, do it!!
This was my before, I had been thinking of getting a BA long before now. I decided I would wait till after kids. Fast forward some years & 2 kids later the day had finally come for me! This was me on the day of my surgery, I was beyond excited and also very nervous since it was my 1st surgery ever! Thankfully I had my very supportive husband at my side. At my consultation, Dr had recommended 550-600, and a lift for both breasts with my Right being the main reason for the lift, since there was a high chance of having a downward-facing nipple & I did not want to risk that. So we had agreed on 550 HP Saline, Under the muscle, with lifts. Surgery day came and I said I wanted 650! Because I wanted to be on the bigger end of things! He said that would still be a great fit for my body. But he also changed his mind before going in and said he was doing one lift only on the right! I felt Very very nervous about that because of having an uneven result, but he reassured me that everything would be ok & brought me back to confidence. I went in and came out at what felt like the blink of an eye! I was so scared and it was over before I could think more about it! Updated on 12 Mar 2021: Everything seemed so fast. I just remember I woke up FREEZING & extremely emotional! Husband wasn’t allowed in which was very hard for me! I felt like I needed him to be there for me, so I was glad to see him come in once i was done! I was very drowsy and felt like I had just opened my eyes when I was already getting helped into my truck, I was so scared because after waking up, my eyes were so blurry I couldn’t see. I thought I went blind, and was then told it was a possible side effect of the anesthesia & that it should pass! The ride home was about 2 hrs, I slept through most of it & felt no pain. I did feel the “elephant on the chest” feeling but nothing too bad. Getting home, my husband made me a soup, i took my pain meds & fell asleep pretty much the rest of te day. Updated on 13 Mar 2021: These were my wish pics, dr is extremely busy so I do feel that the consults and visits were so fast I did not get asked to see what i was aiming for, & I was a little disappointed by that. Because the 1st time i was able to see my breast postOp I cried & cried because they were so badly bruised & just looked hideous over all. I also thought I had went way too big they just did not look good on my body, I was feeling deep regret and not good about myself. luckily at about a week they started looking somewhat ok and I held onto hope. I was off pain meds & switched to acetaminophen by day 4. Updated on 13 Mar 2021:
I chose to get my bbl with doctor Taneja after a friend went to him for a breast augmentation. I was fond of him after finding out he did his residency near my hometown. Went in for my consultation in November 2019. I had my surgery November 17, 2020. He has an amazing team. I went in during Covid and they took precautionary measures. I had lipo to upper and lower abdomen, flanks, arms, bra rolls, upper and lower back, then had that transferred to the buttocks. The surgery lasts about 4 hours. I had a family member help me during recovery. I can't describe the pain, just please be mentally prepared for it. I wore a catheter the first day and they had me come in the next day in order to take it out and change my dressings. I only leaked about the first two days. The major swelling lasted about two weeks. I purchased my fajas through CYSM. I haven't used foam boards. I've used a bbl pillow and a rolled up towel to sit on during recovery. Any questions, ask on here or insta @lunademiel23 Updated on 10 Dec 2020: These are my before pictures. I had lost about 30 pounds over the Summer before my surgery in November. I'm 5'7" and weighed 170 pre op. I was very active, going to a CrossFit gym everyday. Any questions message me here or Instagram @lunademiel23
Hi guys I am 4 months post op. Is this normal? My left boob is so perfect and dropped amazingly while my right is so weird. Is this a capsular contraction? Help me please.. is it maybe that it’s just needs more time to heal? It is it CC?
I'll start off by saying, I don't usually give reviews. However, Dr. Taneja and his team definitely deserve this one!I had a mommy makeover. My procedure consisted of a breast lift, breast augmentation, liposuction of the flanks and upper abdomen, and last but definitely not least, a tummy tuck with muscle repair. The surgery was scheduled for 5 hours but was completed in less than 3. Before being sedated, the entire staff made sure I was feeling comfortable and they were all so sweet! I woke up with nurse Alex telling me "Girl, you are snatched!" ... this was music to my ears, even though I was still very sleepy, those words made me feel so happy! Today, I am 10 days post-op and I am feeling amazing! My results are better than I ever expected or could have imagined. I have been following all of the post-op care instructions given to me by the medical staff and I feel GREAT! I still need help getting out of bed and I do have a lot of inflammation. However, I am loving the extremely low and thin tummy tuck incision and My Breasts... WOW! I've never seen them look this good, not even before kids. Dr. Taneja is THE Best Board Certified Plastic Surgeon- EVER! I had several consultations with several plastic surgeons prior to meeting with Dr.Taneja but, once I met with Dr. Taneja, I stopped looking. I left My Look Surgery that day with an appointment for my full mommy makeover surgery, scheduled. I was at peace and knew I had chosen the right doctor for this extensive procedure. I'll end my review by saying, Dr. Taneja and the entire medical staff have a great bedside manner. The receptionists at My Look Surgery are also very knowledgeable and so helpful, total sweethearts! The entire staff at MyLook Surgery went above and beyond, delivering nothing short of exceptional customer service. Thank you to This Entire- Dream Team, you Exceeded ALL of my expectations and I am so Thankful! Updated on 17 Nov 2020: I am healing rather quickly. I am currently staying hydrated, resting and eating clean! I am still very swollen and my breasts are still a bit stiff and high. My TT incision is SUPER low though, and It’s healing nicely. I am absolutely in love with my results (so far)! Dr. Taneja surpassed all of my expectations. Also, an update on my drain... I got my drain removed, 14 Days post-op. It didn’t hurt at all!!! I cannot Thank Dr. Taneja enough! The best Board Certified Plastic Surgeon EVER!!! I’ll share 1month-12 month post-op pictures, when that time approaches :) Updated on 16 Jan 2021: I’ve been working out for 5 weeks now and I feel amazing!
Hello! I’ll be sharing my breast augmentation experience with Dr. Taneja! So, I originally called his Pasadena office around May 29th to schedule an in-person consultation for free. They gave me Sept. 13th, I took it. After watching some reviews on YouTube, a girl mentioned having an online consultation done instead that costs $150, but that fee is applied to your overall surgery cost if you plan to go through with it. I already knew that I wanted this procedure done and was 100% set on having Dr. Taneja be my doctor, so I decided to give their office a call on June 2nd to request an online consultation vs in-person (due to the virus, they weren’t certain I would even be able to try on/touch sizers come Sept. anyways). They had me email them this request and I received a payment form, small questionnaire, and photos request on the following day, June 3rd. I sent everything on over and I was surprised when I received a call from Dr. Taneja only two days later, on June 5th, at around 9:30 a.m. We spoke and he suggested I go with 600cc overfilled to 650cc due to my height 5’8 and weight 150. I was a bit surprised hearing those numbers because based on the photos I saw, I thought 450-500cc looked good, but he said that those would be too small... I also have wide shoulders. He’s the professional so I said sure to his suggestion. His consultant, Liz, called me that same day at around 6:30 p.m. to discuss the attachments she had emailed me, which were my quote ($4,499 for saline high profile under the muscle), an additional payment form for the remaining $350 that was due to lock in my date (deposit is $500), and some info on pre/post op, and implant insurance ($200 for 10 years). She told me that the soonest surgery date available was Jan. 13, 2021, so I took it... the sooner the better. That was it, I was booked. I received a call on Monday, June 8, from a lady who was letting me know that the charge of $350 had been made to my debit card and confirmed my surgery date. I had mentioned to her that I wanted to be put on their waitlist so she put a note on my file. I called the following morning, June 9th, to confirm if I was put into the waitlist since the funds had to be deducted from my account first in order to do so... I called at around 9:20 a.m. and was on hold for about 20 min., but I finally spoke to Claudia (soooo amazing!!!) and I mentioned wanting to be put on my waitlist because the sooner, the better and since I am teleworking right now, it would be perfect for me to recover from home. Well, I don’t know if I just got lucky or what but Claudia told me that there was a cancellation that morning for that Friday, June 12th. I immediately said yes, that I wanted it! I have Kaiser insurance so I mentioned that to her and she said that they give their patients a hard time getting the medical clearance and labs so she recommended going to Advance Urgent Care down the street from their Pasadena office and that they could do everything for me for $150. I had heard that another girl with Kaiser had to be sent somewhere else to have two of her labs done so I knew I didn’t have time to run around from place to place since Claudia said I would have to get everything done that day. I called Advance and let them know I was heading over and once I got there, it took no more than 40 min. I then headed to their Pasadena office to pay my remaining balance of $3,999 and also purchased my pre op bra $60. I received a call from Advance on the following afternoon, June 10th, that my labs came back good and that the dr cleared me for surgery and that they were going to fax everything over to My Look. Liz called me on June 11th in the afternoon to go over my instructions and the do’s and dont’s and told me to check in at the Fountain Valley surgery center at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 12th. I literally spoke to Dr. Taneja one week prior and I would be having my surgery the following Friday... I was so happy! Updated on 15 Jun 2020: As you can see... there was barely anything there before :( Nothing to fill in my low cut tops or bodysuits... sigh lol Photos were taken the day of surgery in the morning. Used to wear a 36C at Victoria’s Secret but obviously I wasn’t... more like an A cup. Updated on 15 Jun 2020: A photo of me on my way to the surgery center... no bra and all flat.. Immediately after Dr. Taneja marked me up for 650 cc left and 660 cc right... excited! As soon as I got back in the car only wearing my post op bra... you can already see the difference!! Updated on 15 Jun 2020: Photo updates from day of surgery, 1 day, 2 days, and 3 days post op. The bruising seen in day 3 in the cleavage area was never a dark bruise but a lift brown color and turned yellowish the following day... I feel like the arnica pills are helping speed up the process and limiting bruising... I’m also applying stretch mark cocoa butter lotion once a day in the morning. Updated on 16 Jun 2020: I went to my first post op check-up this morning at the Pasadena office and nurse Claudia was the one who assisted me. She ran her hands down the middle of my bruised cleavage and on the bottom, top, and sides. It did hurt but afterwards I didn’t feel as tense. She recommended that I apply arnica pomade to my bruised areas and that they would disappear within 2 days. She also showed me how to massage my breasts to help them soften up and drop. She adjusted my post op bra so that it fit me better and wasn’t digging into my upper abdomen, so it’s much more comfortable to wear! & I was wearing it on the 2nd clasp before, it’s now on the 3rd!! Lastly, she checked my incisions and removed the knots and showed me how small they are... she applied now tape and gave me the ok to take a full shower and get them wet and to remove the tapes within 7-10 days. :) Updated on 18 Jun 2020: I’ve been so bloated the past couple days... I hate it! The norcos were making me constipated and although I liked them at first because obviously, they assisted with the pain and helped me to go to sleep, I no longer liked how they made me feel afterwards... so, I decided to stop taking them. On Sunday, 2 days post op, I started taking half a norco rather than one full pill and by Monday morning, I had taken my last one. It’s now Thursday, 6 days post op, and I feel much better. I had to take a laxative on Monday evening because the bloating was just too much. I literally looked pregnant and not only that, but my stomach was hurting and felt hard. I finally was able to use that restroom on Tuesday before my first check up and Claudia gave me more laxatives just in case. A girl recommended drinking coffee since that’s what helped her, so I did, and it did help me go! I was now only taking my antibiotics and muscle relaxers, but I’ve decided to stop taking the muscle relaxers as of yesterday, Wednesday, because I did see that constipation is a possible side effect. I don’t feel much muscle spasms anyways but I still get “morning boob” but I simply just massage them and they feel a bit better. I’ve started applying arnica gel to my bruises as of yesterday afternoon, so I’m hoping I see a difference by the end of the weekend. Updated on 20 Jun 2020: Here’s a before and after photo in the same top. Top photo is the night right before surgery 6/11 and the bottom photo is 1.1 week post op 6/20. They are still sitting high and very swollen but already, I am loving the difference!!! Updated on 30 Jun 2020: Photo taken on 6/28 at 2.2 weeks post op. I still have some light swelling on my right breast and a bit more on my left, which is slightly visible in the photo... but nonetheless, I am loving my new boobies!!! Updated on 7 Jul 2020: So yesterday 7/6 was my 3 week post op appointment at the Pasadena office. I was asked to complete a form with COVID related questions (similar or the same one that I completed on the day of my surgery) and my temperature was checked. Once I was called back, nurse Claudia checked me. She felt my boobs and explained that they were softening up nicely but that my right breast is sitting higher than my left and she showed me how I can massage it. She did mention that it can be due to my right hand being dominant. She checked my incisions and said that there were no more stitches and mentioned how my bruising has gone down significantly. I do still have slight bruising at the bottom left breast and swelling due to it but she mentioned just continuing to massage the area and it will subside in time. My next appointment isn’t until September and at which time I will see Dr. Taneja once again.
