Unnecessary Brest left me with unnecessary scalars, distorted profile, and miss placed areola‘s that can’t be covered by a bra

I am updating this review because my experience with Dr. Farbod Esmailian pushed me to attempted taking my own life because of the trauma his actions caused me. His response to the authorities was that I was just unsatisfied with my results. He left out the part where he performed an unnecessary procedure on me that left me scared and deformed. No one should have to go through what I did, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. A surgery that was supposed to improve my confidence has destroyed me. The quality of life I live today means nothing to him. He only means to protect his reputation regardless of what happens to me. As much as my picture may not mean anything to anyone. I ask you to put yourself in my position. Ask yourself how you would feel if you looked like I do in those pictures.

I had a deeply distressing experience with Dr. Esmailian . After being advised that I needed a breast lift, I underwent the surgery, only to find that the results were far from what was promised. My breasts ended up severely misshaped and did not match the side profile I had shown. Despite a reconstructive surgery to correct an initial mistake involving the wrong profile implant, the issues persisted. I sought opinions from two other board-certified surgeons, who informed me that I wasn't a candidate for the breast lift I had received, especially an anchor lift because an anchor lift is generally given to women who have severe sagging or need a breast reduction. After I told him what the two other surgeons had informed me of he then plan to do a second reconstructive surgery. His plan was to put in a smaller implant. Remove some skin at the bottom of my breast and pull the skin down and lower my nipples.

During my pre-op appointment for a second corrective surgery, I asked numerous questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. E offered a refund if I chose to go to other surgeons. I initially declined but later requested the refund via email. However, I was then informed that my request was denied, and Dr. Esmailian discharged me from his care.

This left me in a painful situation without the possibility of further corrective surgery. Attempts to seek legal recourse were futile due to the time elapsed since the initial surgery. My calls and emails for help were met with silence.

The scarring and deformity have severely impacted my life, both physically and emotionally. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the way I was treated throughout this process. I cannot recommend Dr. Esmailian based on my experience.
